This program is part of the Learning Environment and Education for Sustainable Development. Through the program and with the help of ICT children will develop attitudes and values relating to the environment, behaviors and actions that preserve physical capital (by inventing and participating in creative recycling and re-use of various materials) to become active and environmentally literate citizens.

Το συγκεκριμένο πρόγραμμα εντάσσεται στη μαθησιακή περιοχή “Περιβάλλον και εκπαίδευση για την αειφόρο ανάπτυξη”. Μέσα από το πρόγραμμα και με τη βοήθεια των Τ.Π.Ε. τα παιδιά θα αναπτύξουν στάσεις και αξίες που αφορούν το περιβάλλον, συμπεριφορές και δράσεις που διαφυλάσσουν το φυσικό κεφάλαιο (επινοώντας και συμμετέχοντας σε δημιουργικές δραστηριότητες ανακύκλωσης και επαναχρησιμοποίησης διαφόρων υλικών), ώστε να γίνουν ενεργοί και περιβαλλοντικά εγγράμματοι πολίτες.

Leandros is a lion statue who lives in a museum and wants desperately to know how he arrived there. He holds an old photograph of his excavation as a clue ... Every month, he assigns a mission to the children in order to learn more about the statues and history through centuries. Children with the help of ICT tools investigate the archaeological achievements of the various cultures, become archaeologists themselves and learn about excavations and the cultural depictions of lions in Europe. They learn myths, do excavations, design beebot maps and online games, learn about constellations and space.
